How to lose weight effectively

The annual mega sale is back again and will be on until early September so a few of my girlfriends and I decided to do a spot of shopping plus catching up on what we've been up to lately.

Half of us had a whale of a time being successful in getting some really neat clothes while the other half was not so lucky. All their hardwork at the gym is not really helping. They probably need something like hoodia, a natural botanical ability to suppress a person's appetite and promote weight loss.

The Ugly Duckling No More

The other day while out shopping in a mall, I met an old classmate. I was in a coffeehshop when I heard my name being called. I turned around and saw this good-looking, slim lady in pretty pink. I did not recognise her but I noticed she was smiling as if she knew me. She jolted my memory. No wonder I did not recognise her. Hoodia has helped her reduce from a grossly obese girl to a slim and beautiful lady. What a transformation! We chatted and caught up on old times before we parted ways. I am still amazed at her new look. Good for her!
