Fitness and Fresh Air

The beauty of a tropical climate is that we get flowers all-year round. On Sunday mornings, our city parks are often popular places for families to take in some fresh air and some leisure activities.

Our Lake Gardens is a most popular place. It has running tracks, picnic places, a huge birdpark, an orchid garden, a rose garden among others. I once saw a group of athletes with a gadget that looked like a pulse oximeter. The Lake Gardens is truly a venue for everyone and all sorts of activities.
